Awakening to What You Already Are
Would you be willing to give up the search for inner peace, joy, and love, and discover that you already are what you desire?
Would you be willing to give up the endless striving for self-improvement, and realize that you are already free, whole, complete, and "home" in your true nature right now?
Striving to achieve a state of "enlightenment" through attempts to improve yourself are futile and illusionary. They merely reinforce the lie that you are not already that which you deeply yearn for. It is the fictitious finite "me" ---the ego--- that works so hard to improve, get better, and be different. In striving for freedom, joy, and inner peace, it resembles a person frantically searching high and low for the invisible, mysterious secret of life called, "air," while all the while being enveloped by it, breathing it, and being nurtured and sustained by it.
Life is not designed to merely be a reactive futile game of striving to survive, avoiding pain, getting approval, achieving power, gaining control, and 'making it.". Life = Survival is the lie that puts your true nature asleep,. Once you have bought into the fundamental illusion, "I am separate," the lie will shape your perception of the world into one of conflict, fear, attack, and death.
Your true Beingness is the "air" you are looking for. It is not concerned with simply surviving or improving. Rather, it is focused on expressing, fulfilling and manifesting its unique "song" in the world of form.
When you live from your true nature, you become aware that Life itself is the recognition and celebration of the flow of BEING. Each moment becomes an opportunity to ALLOW and EMBRACE what is, to INTENTIONALLY CREATE the world of form from the infinite possibilities of formlessness, and to DISSOLVE all energy that has taken form and is complete back to formlessness. This is the joyous dynamic of life when we live it as an unfolding, luminous work of art.
ADD NOTHING. Your freedom is in dissolving the unexamined beliefs connected to the lie, "I am separate." The misidentification of "I" as a separate, finite, historical "me" is the fundamental illusion, and is all that is in the way of directly experiencing the joy, love, and peace of your true nature.
Dissolve the illusion, and the infinite light of love and awareness that you already are shines forth revealed. Like flipping on a light switch in a dark room, the oneness and glory of life that has always been there will instantly be illuminated as yours.
